We strive to empower people in their decision making and expand them with the choices they do have, especially when it comes to their own health and healing. We aim to fully equip others with an arsenal of knowledge that results in confidence and self-trust.

We foster connection to the innate inner wisdom and the Divine intelligence that the human body was brilliantly and purposefully crafted with and from and in the image of. We teach and inspire others to listen to the lost language of their bodies and how to respond to its requests.

We aim to cultivate spaces and communities where one is free to simply be, where authenticity can abound. Come as you are, with nothing to manage.

We long to be comfort and retreat from internal and, especially, external turmoil and pain, working closely with veterans, trauma survivors, and chronic pain sufferers.

We desire to inspire, motivate, and illuminate the darkness, to lead with our torch, reigniting the flames in others as they grow in confidence of their innate ability to hold their own and thrive.

I am a somatic practitioner, facilitator, and visionary dedicated to helping others get out of the head through the body. As a survivor of many things, I have dedicated over a decade to alchemizing my personal pain into power. I now help others to build trust in the human body and its intrinsic ability to heal & endure. I am a trauma-informed inter-disciplinarian with an arsenal drawn from ancient and contemporary practices, philosophies, and sciences including, but certainly not limited to: somatic experiencing, yoga and other movement, breathwork, meditation in all its forms, sound & energy healing, and nature's own medicine, I strive to educate, equip, and empower others on their own evolutionary journey towards holistic integration and healing.

I am also a sacred birth keeper and doula, holding space for the Mother to fully embrace the power and wisdom, etched into her very existence, as she prepares to cross the threshold of new Life.
